Can you install fences around garden offices, sheds or outbuildings?

Yes, we regularly install fencing around garden buildings such as offices, studios, workshops, summerhouses and sheds. Whether you need extra privacy for a workspace, more security for stored equipment or simply want to divide the garden neatly, fencing can enhance both the practicality and appearance of these areas.

We take special care when installing fencing near buildings. Post positions are measured to avoid interfering with foundations, drainage pipes or electrical connections. We also check that doors and windows open freely once the fence is installed and that the building remains accessible for maintenance.

Privacy panels, closeboard fencing and composite styles are particularly popular around garden rooms because they create an enclosed, quiet environment ideal for working or relaxing. Slatted fencing can also work well if you want a modern look that still allows light into the area.

During the survey, we assess the layout of your garden and the location of any buildings to recommend the best design and layout for your fencing project.
